iPhone 13 Pro Max Input issues (phone set at 60hz)

Using an iPhone 13 Pro max, updated screen to 60hz. I'm experiencing horrible input issues to point game is not enjoyable. Can't evade, just stand there and bigger issue: 50/50 chance when I go to parry/block I dash in and get 5 hit combo'd, happens with AI throwing specials too. Did not have these issues on XS max. Had phone checked for any screen issues and no problems found.

Anyone else?

Thanks but that post is focused more on the motion settings (120 vs 60 hz). I've already changed my settings and what is described in that post stopped being an issue (lag/freezing frames). My issue is different in that inputs drop or game seems too want to autoplay.
