4 hour maintenance too, it only takes this long to fix .001% of the bugs in the game

The issue is we are told maintenance will happen at 8pm pst. Some players still have plan to complete certain contents before 8pm pst. It’s not right to pull the plug 5 minutes early. Would you like it if the last train home is 8pm but the conductor decided on 7:55pm to close the doors?

I wish they would schedule maintenance for non-AQ days (especially when they’re estimating 4 hours of downtime).

What's also interesting is that someone made another post about this that has either been merged with no notice or more likely straight up deleted. This means they still have mods lurking on the forum to remove things but they won't bother to comment on this to provide an explanation or an apology for it.

My suggestion/feedback to you Kabam (as you have asked for in a constructive post) is that when things like this happen you provide us a timely explanation, at least tell us you will look into it and then provide the explanation or at the very least provide us an apology. It isn't fair to tell us the game is going down for PLANNED maintenance and then take it down earlier than we were told when people may have been in the middle of a last fight (especially in modes like AW and AQ) or have been waiting until the last minute to claim some overflow items/rewards.

So kabam will as always say nothing to this? And the losing recourses (for example for me technically 2 energy refills) are not getting compensated back?

I haven't been affected by it, but they shouldn't make a habit out of this. It's better to be open for 5 mins after closing than to close up 5 mins early. That's just professionalism.
