Will AW start time be fixed?

Our alliance used to start AW attack at about 11:15am and we're now starting at about 9:15am. Even with the daylight savings adjustment there still seems to be something that is off.

    I missed placement a few minutes ago, I thought I had 15 minutes or so left.

    It’s perfect as it is. The officers have aw planned by the time I finish dinner and last war my whole war was finished by 11pm.
