How good is she and how is she played?

She's an interesting champ. I find myself still using Warlock more often when I need a reliable heal block, but she's definitely a lot of fun to play and can handle some regen champs, like Nick Fury, better than Warlock (she completely shuts down his second phase).
Launch a couple SP1 one to build up her spider sense charges, then throw a sp2 when you have 11 or 12, and the ensuing incinerate from that does tons of damage.
Doesn't hurt that she doubles as an annoying defender who can get you some kills.

My peni's sp2 is amazing.
I got her (and duped her) from featured and r3'd her immediately. I use suicides, so that could explain it.I still use more WL than peni tho. She gets some kills in war every once in a while
