Iceman's ice armor not working in AW

So... Here's the normal behaviour of Iceman's ice armor (I managed to get the SP3 with armor buff on) :

And now, that's what happened yesterday in AW (node 44 Tier 2) :

I sent a ticket to the support (ref:_00D301HgIt._5000c1QtpiQ:ref), and the answer was :

"It's working as intended, Ultron's SP3 has got more than one single hit in his animation" (not a joke)...

Could someone serious send it to the dev team and have a look on this please?

    If ther hav assation. And you where under 18. Procent life so it culd Buy pass it.

    Yeah that's either a bug or assassin. All l3s are one hit no matter how many hits in the animation

    Nope. Ice armour hasn't got % of triggering. It's there or it's not. Assassin can't bypass that.

    I think assassin can bypass it because it's a buff that's a helps him in a way so assassin has a certain percentage to go through it

    Assassin can bypass ice armor.
