There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Thank you to the community for speaking up and not staying silent on this issue. I would say one last thing take one last stand and not spend this weekend or during the gifting event next month. Obviously this is up to you and you a lone but we need to make them take a bit of urgency when these issues arise and the current issues plaguing this game of ours.
Honestly, this extra should include map exploration crystals, gold, battle chips, loyalty, and a few extra items. There are alliances who bumped to map 7 or 8 because it was easier than map 5. Those folks should be repaid.
Could you please share what "the issue" is and how it's being resolved?
Player was an π, defender was a fruit bigger than an π maybe a cantaloupe... The update turn the cantaloupe into an oversized π.
By trying to headbutt the oversized π we small π turned into π sauce. Thats why we get a bit of compensation. Kabam will try to turn the oversized π back into a smaller cantaloupe. That way we remain π (x30) and not apple sauce...

Hey guys just wanted to touch base with you and say that we acknowledge that there has been an issue with maps 1 through 6 that has increased the difficulty greatly. Were are not yet sure on a fix but are working diligently. Rest assured that the increased difficulty is in fact an error and not intended.
Was that so hard?? Why not put an in-game message out along the same lines? I'd hazard a guess that a lot of people never look in the forums but are still wondering what is happening.
Why do they need to go into detail? What good is that going to do? You'll just end up with the large number of Google educated mobile game programmers picking apart the info making the whole situation even more toxic.
That is what many of us want to know. They haven't acknowledged which maps they believe are effected. We can all sit here and speculate as to which they will adjust, but it'd be very simple for them to dispel that speculation, and frustration, by taking 30 seconds to post something to the effect of:
"The following Maps _____ were inadvertently launched with higher than intended health pools and attack values. They will be returned to the previous season's values beginning ______."
