On paper we wanted him to choose between all different arrows, but tomorrow I look forward to playing him. I fully expect him to be good.

Perfect Release is not as easy as I was hoping, unfortunately.

He’s pretty strong. Not sure how the sig ability issue changes things.
The first few videos out were incorrect and kabam just made corrections.
KT1 (comment in his YouTube video) and Kalantak (updated video on actual damage) it is appalling and sad that his damage is dependent on signature level, at least that is my guess.

Landing a Critical Hit with an Arrow Shot will cause any personal Bleed Debuff triggered to become a Critical Bleed, multiplying the Bleed’s Potency by Hawkeye’s Critical Damage Multiplier.
Additionally each Bleed Debuff on the opponent reduces their Physical Resistance
by 552.53
undupe start at -552.53 per bleed debuff, but awaken sig1 at -895.50 and scales up sig200 at -4,495.50 per Bleed debuff
Perfect Release should grant both the SP1 and SP2 critical bleeds as per:

Also, can someone validate whether the new sig ability (Physical Resistance) is working as intended now?

Anyone else notice the crit bleed issue?
I'm not sure his sig is working at all anymore, judging by how low his damage is even with several active Bleeds (and even the Fury from the Hercules synergy ‐ and with that we still don't know if the value is meant to be 40% or 20%)
and, of course, the lack of Critical Bleeds which should happen as per his sig

Well. More crazy than normal
He doesn't seem to be able to inflict critical bleeds any more. These should provide evidence for the mods - he should inflict critical hits, and therefore critical bleeds on all Perfect Releases; and no longer does. In fact, I didn't see a critical bleed for the whole fight. No suicides or synergies active in this video:
On the other hand, the Physical Resistance part of his Sig does seem to be working:
Non-critical Medium hits:
O bleeds = 592
1 bleed = 703
2 bleeds = 794
3 bleeds = 857
It would be nice if in Special 3 could give critical, even clicking on the yellow bar.
