I'm having a hard time deciding whether to take up my 5* Champs to R3 or 4* Champs to R5. My 4* champs are obviously better, but taking up my 5* Champs seems like the smart thing to do for the future... Any suggestions? NOTE: I also have an Unduped 4* Quake that isnt in the picture.

    The great 4 stars you have will serve you well immediately, the 5 stars will serve you well later and in the long term, especially after you dupe that Hood and Hulk. I guess it depends on how patient you are and what your alliance requires of you as well as what you want.
