**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Angela debuff shrug off

Was fighting against red skull in monthly EQ and noticed even with more than 4 buffs Angela was not reducing the shock debuff from his SP2. Her sig level allows her to shrug off 26% faster so at 4 or more buffs it should be instant. Red skull has the ability to increase duration based on his buffs which were 10 armors so does that override Angela's sig ability?

    So basically her sig counters debuffs prior to extended benefits from other sources, interesting.

    Not quite, her sig modifies the base duration of those debuffs. You can overcome extended durations by having the corresponding amount of reduction from her sig ability. If it’s a 40% increased duration she’ll need 140% reduction to overcome it; 100% for the base duration and 40% for the extended duration.

    So did some more testing and even with 9 buffs which should be over %200 reduced duration the shocks still lasted several seconds so it does look like the extended debuff overrides her sig somewhat.

    Have a recording? There as so many factors here it’s easy to overlock them and without peer review you can’t trust the results. We don’t know Angela’s signature ability level nor do we know Red Skull’s armor buff count which are both factors. Let alone any nodes which may also place buffs on Red Skull increasing duration beyond what his armor buffs can.

    Each buff on redskull is a 50% increase (1.25 seconds) so at his max armor he’ll have +500% duration. Angela with 9 buffs (at max sig 315%) against a 10 buff Red Skull, the shocks still have +300% duration, which would be several seconds.

    No vid but here's a screen shot. At her current sig it would take way more buffs than I could obtain to instant shrug. Glad it's not bug or something. Wish it was written a little better in her kit that factors could still cause her to have debuffs even past her 100% reduction. Guess that's what the forums for lol.
