I dont think they will talk about the state of things in game but more on a narrative perspection on how the game evolved in the years with challenges and new characters.

January - Mutants. Not a whole lot of detail besides that.
February - Hell’s Kitchen, so that could be Defenders or really any of the many NYC based characters
March - X of Swords, so characters important to that comic arc
April - spiderverse “iconic foe and enigmatic ally.” Sandman or Lizard maybe? Plus another spiderverse hero, maybe Ben Reilly or Cindy Moon. Could also see Black Cat here.
May - Mystics tying in with Doctor Strange movie
June - Kree/Skrull conflict w/Nova. Probably cosmic champs.
July - Asgardians. Mention of Ancient foe (Malekith?) and Thor’s allies (Valkyrie?)
August - Surfer finds new hero in space. Adam Warlock? Unclear who second champ may be, probably tied to Galactus. Possibly another Herald.
September - Villain seeks redemption starting with one of their most dangerous creations. Art in video looks like Juggernaut is involved? I dunno anything about this one.
October - New threat to spiderverse. I’m thinking this is gonna be those vampire-type creatures from the spiderverse comics. Plus another Spider, maybe?
November - Wakanda Forever. Maybe Shuri and Ulysses Klaue.
December - Rocket and Groot month. No clear indication of who the new champion might be.

It’s cool to know they’ve got the whole year planned! I always like getting insight into development plans like this.

Im interested in the doctor strange month. Another Doctor strange, or a buff to the current one would be very nice. Love that character.

New york defenders does not sound fun. But i will keep a open mind

Would love to see my summoner’s choice champion get released (although it’ll of course happen right as I’m planning on spending all my tech resources on Nimrod)

I'd recommend calling Story Roadmap or Plot Roadmap in future videos just to ensure that there is no room for interpretation.

Ok, here’s what I can figure out. I’ve cross-referenced with our most recent champion puzzle to try and figure some stuff out

First Spidey Month: Pretty sure this is Sandman and Black Cat. We know they’d built Sandman before. And Sandman found fit directly below Mysterio, and Black Cat can easily connect to Kingpin

We have a Brotherhood of Mutants month. Considering there are two spaces on the puzzle connected to Magneto, I’m actually expecting two members of it. Now, I don’t want to get peoples hopes up too much here, but this could be champs like Quicksilver, Toad or Blob. There is, and this is a very slim chance, a chance for Mystique

For the X of Swords month, I feel confident saying we will get a Captain Britain. Whether it’s Brian Braddock or Betsy Braddock I’m not sure. Both were swordbearers. But I feel like we’re just getting one since there is only one space on the puzzle connected to Psyclocke. I can also see us getting someone on Apocalypse’s side as well, which is why I would bet on Genesis, Apocalypse’s Wife and also a Swordbearer

Multiverse of Madness month found have Wiccan, Speed, I doubt we’ll see Shula Gorath. We have two spaces connected to Scarlet Witch, and another connected to Sigil Witch. Definitely be a film tie-in though

Thor Love and Thunder says an ancient enemy, and an ally. To be honest, it says ancient enemy, but I’ll be very surprised if this isn’t Gorr the God Butcher for the Villain. For the ally, Valkyrie is my first thought but could be Beta Ray Bill, who knows

The Hell’s Kitchen month is really any ones guess. I’m guessing it’s whoever is connected to Luke Cage on the puzzle though. Could see someone like Misty Knight, Hellcat etc, or it could be two randoms

The Wakanda Forever month I’m really not sure about. Shuri and Okoye would be obvious fits but the video seems to imply a foe being involved. Maybe M’Baku?

The Silver Surfer month I think we might get the Summoners choice champ. That only seemed to imply one champ, so maybe it’s the summoners champ and, dare I say it, Adam Warlock?

There is also the Nova month, which seems to have that Avengers champ that has been in Falcon’s synergies for years at this point, and a Kree/Skrull champ. I guess this could also be Adam Warlock, or Spectrum or Genis-Vell

A second Spiderverse month, which I assume will have another Spiderperson variant (please Noir), and another Spidey Villain

The villain seeking redemption and ‘one of its creations’ screams October to me, so I think we’re looking for spooky characters. I imagine this will be two champs that are related, like Sentry and Void, so Marvel Nerds dig around into that one. Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde? Probably not

And finally a Guardians month. Probably not involving any Guardians characters, so I expect somewhat random champs to show up
