How to get ISO 8 to level up champs.

Dear experts plese bless me with some advice about how to get more and more ISO to level up champions. I have completed act 4 and now to be uncollected I want my champions to be powered up. But I am struck now. I have no ISO 8. Please help me

    U should explore act 1 for gold and ISO, explore act 4 also for tons 9f iso 8 and golden crystal.
