Subjective nature of Bans

Probably the worst part of this company right now is their subjectIve stance on bans. They decide who gets banned and who doesn’t based on a murky, haphazard and personal system. There is a cap on the max damage dealt out on LoL. There currently is a new synergy combination that circumvents this cap. That is, by Kabam’s definition, a Glitch. People utilizing this Glitch should be banned. Kabam refuses to do so. Totally unfair to people previously banned for other just a stupid Glitches

Is not a glitch or a bug or anything.
Is direct damage, which negates damage cap (safeguard).

It’s an unintended result. The cap is there for a reason. To make the content difficult and expensive. It’s a Glitch plain and simple

It works the same way as it works in RTTL ... Direct damage negates safeguard. Is working as intended

It is clearly working as stated, you banging your chest saying it's a glitch is just silly. You are baiting a moderator into responding, which they won't While it may be an oversight on the development teams part, and it may be changed in the near future. It is 100% not a glitch/exploit. It actually is working just as it is written which may be more of a surprise than anything else.

Damage is damage, there is a 50k damage Cap.

End of story.

"Direct" damage. Ignores safeguard because it is "direct".

Me punching Red Hulk with SL is a "direct punch to the face" all direct.

Still a 50k damage cap, whatever damage it is.

Guillotine SP3 is direct damage, for what i can read in her description
And it's capped to 50k

Not sure how using a mod is being banned for a stupid glitch?

Hey y'all -

Wanted to swing by and help clear up some confusion on this topic. We don't ban for 'stupid glitches' in the game. We do however ban if there is concrete proof that someone abuses an avoidable exploit over and over again in order to complete challenging content and reap the benefits of those rewards in a way that negates the effort other Summoners have put into The Contest to achieve those same rewards. If you cheat or abuse an exploit, that is against our rules. Two Champions with an as-designed synergy are not a method of cheating.
