    PI depends on level, not just rank. You went from level 35 (I think) to level 1, so the PI reduces slightly. Just level him up and you'll be good.

    This is a common thing for most champions.
    The base PI is calculated differently based on rank and level, and the PI you see is also affected by masteries.
