Loki's buff steal doesn't work on Gladiator Thor's power gain

Just as the title says. Loki's buff steal doesn't work on Gladiator Thor's power gain, the one he gets when he has been hit 20 times.
It just removes the buff instead of stealing it.

Because is a passive ability, not a buff

It also does not work with Dead Pool x-force Power gain. Since these power gains are tied to the signature ability they are not buffs. Thus can’t be stolen. They are passive effects.
