Alliance Milestowns for gifting

Does it seem fair that my last alliance kicked me last minute for room since im f2p and now I can give points towards my new alliance but if we pass a milestone, I can never get that milestone, this doesnt seem fair at all. And i cant be the only who this has happened to. I just want the same rewards my alliance is getting if i can gift

    I have been with my new alliance for 7 days, I won’t get gifting rewards until day 4, BUT I’m not getting acknowledgement for what I have gifted within the alliance gifting. Only the personal gifting.

    Is this what’s meant to happen?
