Ghost rider is the way to go, 40hits and you should have your l3. After that it's game over for magneto. 97hits and he should go down. Also use the fury judgement as your fourth judgement and Regen as your fifth since the fight is hella long

I done it with Hyp. It was interesting fight. 4* 5/50 Hyp hits really hard!

I did trial and error too. Wastes a lot of energy but he's easy once u get heal block

In first fight - i used Vision. No chance. Then i used Phoenix and got Heal block on him - then i did huge mistake and Phoenix was KO just with less than 700 HP of Magneto left. Next fight he regenrated fast and I gave it up.

Few days later - Vision for the first fight - KO. Phoenix for the second (again Heal block) and I finished him.

The key was - the second try offered Heal block in both situations...
