Missing gifts

I claimed a gift boost from mail . But when I check inventory or try to use the boost . They are not there. Anyone else encounter something similar ?

Gift “Boost” ??

Do you mean the Gift BADGE, which just lets you participate in Gifting.

It is not a Boost that will show up in your Boosts or Items sections.

To see if you have it, click on any other summoner and see if Gifting shows up as part of the pop-up menu.

No , the 20% attack and health boost .

FYI contacted support , they were able to restore / place the boost in inventory.

This happened to me too- I had 12 20% health boosts that were sent to me and never showed up. I contacted support and they sent me a blanket response and ignored my email. It seems that boosts are not being received @Kabam Miike you need to look into this

Yes it's still an ongoing issue , I had another set of boosts sent to me . And they too didn't show up in inventory . Contacted support again , this time around instead of restoring the items , the agent instead gave a canned spiel how they are aware of issue and mentioned compensation instead of just placing the items in inventory which they have done before. Totally calous , insesitive .
