Insanely annoying bug [Under Investigation]

The bug with an sp not triggering is back. I chained a combo with my star lord and used my sp but nothing happened. Proceeded to be destroyed. Is anyone experiencing this?

Can confirm. Faced this issue just now myself and came here to make a thread. Heroic 3.1 BW (leftmost lane) vs GR. BW dashes towards me—I tapped on the special button—power drained and screen flashes but no special attack animation and BW kept hitting me

i had this while running the 4* basic arena. tied to wait for foe to attack, let off sp 2 and just...nothing. just smacked in the face
