Is vulture good or bad?

Today I got a vulture from my 4 star hero crystal I am not sure about it so I want to ask if it is good or bad?

As long as he has chitauri energy he is good. After he is duped he is very good against incinerate

I have him unduped, only messed with him a bit, but he doesn't seem very good to me.

he is average, and average is bad in my book. If your not a god, then your arena fodder.
