Rare champs arent getting buffed

I would suggest at some time that kabam start to re-buff champs that are rare. You see monthly updates for hawkeye, joe fixit, gamora, etc. Now, even the worst champs in the game are better than most of the rare ones.
Kang, classic ultron, thanos..completely useless. Classic Ultron for example…you need to fully explore labyrinth. And once you do, he’s useless. He looks awesome, but hasnt been touched probably since the game started 7+ years ago.
