Duped UC

hello kabam,
I have recently dupe 5* Unstoppable Colossus . why did I not get 6* shards?
my game id : ratnesh0702

There are 2 characters that don't give shards when duped Punisher (arena) UC (Lotalty). It has been like this since they added awakening and duplication to the game
