First tech R3 - no bad choices but what's the smart choice?

I have recently formed a tach T5CC and looking to R3. The problem (albeit a nice one) is that there a few good options and I am a little torn. Any advice would be welcome.

Peni or warlock. I have both, warlock probably more useful but Peni is no slouch. Your 5* ghost bears the unawakened 6* too

As for the tech champs, you have to decide what kind of utility you need more of. Warlock is a power-draining and heal-blocking monster (who could use the rank-up to increase his so-so damage); Nimrod is the mutant-slaying, prowess-countering champion (who I just pulled, so I have no experience with him yet); Ghost is Ghost and if you're considering r3'ing her despite having a 5r5 version you are probably well aware of her pros and cons; and Guilly2099 is...not my favorite, but a good champ. Just keep in mind that you can place combo-shields with your heavy attacks.

I don't have Peni so I can't personally vouch for her, but I'm definitely on the hunt for her based on what I've seen and heard from others.

The reason I chose Warlock in the poll is simply that I find his heal-block utility amazing. It's the best in the game. He's not my favorite champion to play but there's a reason why I chose him to be my second r3. He's a beast.
