R2>R3

Cant go wrong either way. I have a sig200 capiw, and ibom unduped. MrN is also awesome if you can play his style. Go with personal preference, you are winning either way.

SheHulk is amazing for Act 6, Act 7 and especially monthly Cavalier EQ science paths.

Miles is amazing though for that side quests like this month’s, where Kabam loves to spam Unblockable nodes.

Take your pick. You can’t go wrong with either, I personally use them both. In case you have MrFantastic, SheHulk works incredibly well with him as well.

To OP’s question I would wait but if you’ve got to pick one I would say miles as r3 Shulk isn’t that much of a step up over r2 shulk
