Bugs in crystal opening

Hello everyone am I the only one with or it's happening with everyone cause I am getting a good chuck of gold and alpha but didn't get I have only screenshot of gold crystal

That’s a pretty messed up bug.

“Look at all that gold you got!!!
Just kidding, you only got less than half of that. But you got what you were supposed to get”

I am very upset about it cause this happen with same grandmaster shards crystal and even in map 7 I got 60000 T2 alpha and collected only 4000 but this in 72 crystal anything about it and got a full T2 alpha which for God sake collected

Hey there, there is a visual bug that can sometimes make it appear as if more rewards were generated when opening multiple Crystals at the same time. We are tracking this issue and, once we have more information, we will post updates here.
