How we all wish rebalancing was taken seriously. We’ve seen more attention put on the menu bar or some champ statistic rather than balancing rewards or other items in game. Here’s another example.
Do we really expect that an alliance that hits the top 6-7% really gives 2 cents about 4* shards?
