Which mystic 6* to rank?

I have a duped morningstar, a black widow cv, and a symbiote supreme all 6* at rank 1. Which one should I take to rank 2? I already have an unduped 6* Doom at rank 2.
So which of these 3 options would you take to rank 2 and why?

    BWCV first, symbiote supreme later.
    Then morningstar after and only if you intend on using her in incursions

    Claire. Not only can she take down so many opponents with ease, she can also cheese a lot of fights with her immunities and ability to put debuffs on from a distance.
