Account tempered or hacked with

Hello kabam support team or any amazing Official on site with a huge heart help me with this case 04527114 game name jtsniper In my account has been tampered with I desperately seek out for hope .Also The kabam support team was very good in supporting my situation but still some issues is left needed support. Thx you

    @jtsniper, sorry to hear that your accout is being tempered.

    Looking at your stats, you have played >48k of quests, >18k of arena, and >1.5k of duels, as well as many nice 5* and 4*, great effort on your side!!!

    Just curious, when you said tempered, do you mind, someone else beside you also have the access/login, and they login and do something like quit the alliance for you? If so, I'm glad to see they didn't do anything else nasty like selling your champs (fingers cross that will not happen to you)

    I could be wrong, but I supposed the mods here may not be able to help you with account matters, but you need to submit support ticket to Kabam, hopefully they can advise you what to reset and how to reset so someone else can no longer access your account.

    Thank you guys and M COC community for having a conversation with me about my situation .on date 11/28/2017 Something very terrible happen to my account I had made a ticket about the issue and the Awesome kabam support team was very on point on figuring what happened and The exact 5 champions that were sold also helping me secured my account .Thx you Kabam support team again . They then idantivad the 5 champions being sold as u can see In my pic I sent * karnak,ultron, Quake , Wolverine X23 and guillten where sold by A dirty unknown player from a high tier alliance .my Heart and spirit really truly has been destroyed from this situation I'm dealing with .With I have high hopes from the kabam support team hopefully working on a solution to recover my champions and have everything running back as normal by further investigation .jtsniper
