Cyber Monday Bugg

I was just wondering does anyone at Kabam ever respond or claims because I can’t get a response on a claim I submitted from cyber Monday where I have proof that other players got compensation for the same issue I had on purchasing odins to get the cyber cache deal while it was bugged to limit of one unit package each. I can’t even get a response from Kabam support and am losing my patience. I want my rewards I know for fact youve compensated others for this so pay up

    @Kabam Miike what ever happened to you taking my claim number and looking into it like you said you would? I’ve been waiting patiently all week and nothing. This is becoming an absolute joke. I doubt I’ll ever spend another penny on this game.

    When you spend over 500 dollars of a hard earned work bonus on a game you’ve invested playing for 3 years being a loyal paying customer it’s hard not to be frustrated at Kabams lack of quality customer support.
