    Cable is prolly the best, although gambit and storm are up there.

    Plus any good mutant will be better with HM like mags or kitty

    Don’t think Cable is good to use horseman on. Stryfe, Wolverine, Psylocke and Gambit all make awesome use of horseman ability.
