What is the meaning of that countdown in the email? If this is wrong, then what was the purpose of putting it there?

    They’re both correct. First pic is timer for the email message, 2nd timer is to collect the rewards.

    Wording in the email could be better.

    Exactly.

    The mail will disappear when that timer ends, the rewards will disappear from the stash when that timer ends

    Kabam already confirmed this in one of the multiple threads about it yesterday. EOP Rewards are available to you in your stash for the time noted in your stash (~6 days in the screen shot above).

    I see what you mean, but this email always makes people feel a little uneasy, so some of the players around me received their rewards early, fearing that it would expire

    Confirming what's been said here, and reiterating from another post:

    Image 1 is when the mail expires, Image 2 is when the stash expires.
