Hercules synergy with Thor JF got nerfed

I know the 30% PB is part of her new kit. I was hoping for 60% PB total.

Like you said, it was moved into her base kit.
If anything you could argue it was "buffed," since it requires less synergy to achieve one part of the ability.

That's crazy but it's a buff and not a nerf. Now, whether you choose to accept it or brood over it is totally on you

Taking a synergy and adding to the base kit is a very common theme in buffs. Probably because it is very easy to determine that these abilities aren't game breaking since they were always accessible. They're just a little more convenient now.
