in-game mail showed “Already claimed” with a claim button. clicking the claim button did nothing. rankdown tickets do not appear in items

    Same issue here. Nothing added to inventory. Claim screen showed no ticket.

    The mail also doesn't say anything about awakening gems that may have been used. Guess they're not getting returned

    I got the rank down tickets from stash, used in on mole man and got my catalysts back but no iso and gold as stated from the inbox message.

    unfortunately, I did not bother taking a screenshot as it was only a 5* R3 mole man I tried ranking down.
    but still even if I don't care about the iso and gold that little this might happen to others who will rank down 6* mole man now those iso and gold will be significant.

    I managed to claim mine, used it, and it didn't give me gold, t5cc, t5b, t2a, t4b or iso 🤦‍♂️
