Missing Blue Key

Good evening i am seeking assistance with a missing key as reads below i've 100% cleared the 5.3.2 mordo years ago & since im playing day & night again it would be nice to have to key to finally finish off that chapter not to sure why it is missing. Much apricated

Keep doing rest of the chapters, you get the blue key later and then can go back to 100% it.
