The most bugged champion in the game?

First of all - credit to @TheDaywalker for raising two critical issues to our attention:

1) DDHK does not get an Attack bonus from the non-Damaging debuffs.

2) DDHK gets a 5% reduction from TOTAL Attack every time he gains a non-Damaging debuff:

3) Apparently, DDHK’s sig was bugged and supposedly fixed in V34.1, but this is yet to be tested. For more details follow the link and go to the Bug Fixes section:

4) And lastly, DDHK’s synergy with Masacre ‘Spiritual Strength’ is bugged, he does not carry half or any of his Combo Meter between fights. Remember, Combo Meter is DDHK currency.

These bugs exist on top of his abysmal regeneration rate and relatively short buff duration, but Kabam are happy with where he has landed.

No matter how you try to look at it, this is not acceptable.

That's....wayyyyyy too low. Iirc, mediums are 1/2 base attack and lights 1/4 so non crit medium should be doing ~1.5k and non crit lights ~0.75k. I do not understand how it's this bad. Does he reduce his own damage? Cause that's stupid

So, if I’m running inequity and resonate, and fight this guy, does he just drop to zero damage? Or do his attacks start healing the opponent???

I have tried to repeatedly afflict him with non damaging debuffs, but I couldn't find anyone to easily do with that wouldn't be KOed too quickly or KO him too quickly because practice mode doesn't really give a lot of health

I tried using Howard for constant Armour Breaks

and mine isn't high enough rank to survive against WS without constantly baiting SP1

I don't think he can actually hit 0 unless the 5% reduction is flat, but I'm honestly not sure how that works
