Kabam is pure incompetence

I’m trying to figure out how this company can always be down for emergency maintenance when it affects their bottom dollar and yet we as a community as a whole had to endure the double evade bug I didn’t seem kabam take the contest down for emergency maintenance then did I ? No because they made money I can’t wait until the company kabam as a whole loses everything they never give a **** about paying customers every time you submit a ticket you get a joke of a respond basically saying kabam is perfect and everything that occurs in the game is purposely intended exactly how they designed

Yeah the problem is us... Those that are willing to pay for this terrible service. If we stopped paying for the goods, they would have to change like EA recently did.

it's down because the game is so popular. So, then people want to do as much damage as they can by overloading the servers through DOS attacks. there are other ways to overload a server, but the majority of the time, it's just as simple as that.

The double evade 'bug' wasn't a bug at all. I don't understand why people still think that was a bug. It's completely obvious they did it on purpose. It's so easy for them just to say everything is a bug, when in reality they are experimenting on us. They let that so called 'bug' run for ages. Think of the money spent on resources during that time.

Honestly glitches, bugs, and equipment failure happens. What not acceptable is if the bug hurts the player it takes months to resolve, if the bug hurts kabam they fix it right then. Also they dont compensate for time lost, items used, or health lost during a aq or aw fight.

Yes servers being down only hurts Kabam cause us players don’t want to play the game anyway and only play it when its up and running. No way bugs hurt Kabam as well by causing playing to quit.

It’s a bit like a car, it can be out of gas, have spoiled fuel or manfulctioning mechanical parts all of which require varying times to diagnose and correct for.

its harder for programmers to diagnose and debug issues that come and go like the special attack interruptions a little while back. when something is directly tied to kabams finances they will obviously be more aware of it. i believe its a combination of them having to find a needle in a stack of 1's and 0's and financial priority.

Can't say i agree with this. Emergency maintenance usually is followed with some sort of free goodies, especially if the downtime was significant. This was a very short crash so I doubt there will be any handouts.

Also, I've had mostly positive experiences with support if I had boosts running when the game has gone down for emergency maintenance.
