How good is Duped Howard?

I will have a 4* duped howard soon. Is he worth ranking up to 5/50?

    No he is not. But he is fun to use. I like his animations.

    I’ve heard some people actually like him and is pretty good if used correctly. Haven’t played my duped Howard much myself though....

    Probably not 5/50. Mine is r4, and I really like him there. Not just because he's fun to use, but he's so dependable. Use his sp2. Causes lots of damage, and can do all kinds of nasty things to the opponent.

    He can regen duped.
