Unable to get rewards for the thronebreaker challenge cavalier event quest exploration

I got 100% exploration of the eq on cavalier difficulty as a cavalier player but recently pushed to thronebreaker and now cannot claim the rewards that were locked until you become thronebreaker. Any suggestions?
