Rank up question

I just pulled a 6* Omega Sentinel. So my question Is, rank 3 her or Tigra?
Both 6* un-dupped.

Tigra kinda wants the awakenes ability and a high sig imo. A big part of what makes her so great is being able to just burst fights down really quickly. That's really lost when you have to go for 2 Sp1's or a Sp3. OS is who I'd prefer unawakened
