Wong bugged, questionable design, and description inaccurate.

As far as the signature goes, please tell me what aspect is enhanced? From the testing I've done with all factors equal he does less energy damage with enhanced version of Valtor, and it lasts the same duration. Is this a bug? Why aren't these enhancements listed in the first place? Also, when at maximum energy it still consumes eldritch energy when charging a heavy attack, even though you aren't gaining power from it. No where in the description does it describe this interaction and this needs to be fixed. It gives you a passive energy gain for less than a second that then cuts off instantly...but still uses your Eldritch energy? Wow, and Speaking of great design, I'm very puzzled by the design choice with Wong's special 3. Why punish players for casting it with 3<1(Less than 3 ,but greater 1) spell? This character is just so incredibly sloppy I don't know how it was released.

    So after re-reading the signature 100 more times, I'm realizing that the implication is that there are no enhancements to the signature spell, except for the fact that it isn't countered by wither? I'm still noticing vast differences in the effectiveness of the spells in controlled environments, so I can't say for sure that's what the poorly worded description means.
