Buffing him would stop the complaints
I would have rather spent all of my Loyalty on boosts and potions than to ever spend over one million Loyalty to obtain a champ I never really wanted in the first place. #choices A lot of players don't need or use boosts or potions and had zero use for anything in the store so the UC gave at least something while boosts and potions would just expire for many people to include myself.

Take this as a lesson to always hoard, since Kabam can pull the rug from under you at any time.
Similar to the MoleMan rank down gems, I think that a Unstoppable Colossus loyalty refund, even at a lesser rate, would be great with the update to the loyalty store.
Agreed lolWe didnât know we were gonna get an update to the loyalty store, and there was nothing else to spend on, I want a refund too You never know when there will be an update. You buy what you buy and you take your chances.

Agreed lolWe didnât know we were gonna get an update to the loyalty store, and there was nothing else to spend on, I want a refund too I shouldn't have bought the unit deals from 2020's Cyber Weekend because 2022's July 4th deals is astronomically better! I need a refund!

speaking as someone who has a 5 and a 6* UC, this is the kind of change that would be helpful and positive, but is not deserved or necessary. i think it would make a lot of people if there was a full, even half refund on him, but it should not be a priority and would just be a cherry on top of the loyalty store

I have this conversation with my kid every week. He plays fortnite and always wants to spend his allowance IMMEDIATELY after getting it on some in-game item. I always tell him, âyou KNOW there will be a different item in two or three days that you will want more because it is shiny and new. You should just save your money.â And every week, after he spends it immediately and something new drops, I have listen to him complain and whine. And then I tell him âyou should have saved your moneyâ.

However, with your analogy, the money they paid was monopoly money and really was only worth a brick, until they waited 30 years and the monopoly money became a rare collectible and suddenly could be traded for an iphone. The brick was the best they ever thought they could get, they just should have left the monopoly money in a storage unit until it became useful.
