    It's usually the first Friday after the new side/event quest releases....aka tomorrow probably. If you're lucky, maybe today.

    A couple years ago you had to get under 3 hours to have a chance nowadays (as all of the power houses got it long ago already) a time of 3 1/2 hours often gets it.

    Announcements usually made on first Friday after event ends.

    people still use global ? i don't even use chat with ally let alone going in global
    There are some weird people (don’t mean to be rude) that still use it. They tend to be few and far between, though

    count until you get to my name and that's how you realize where it is

    just count from the first name down until you get to your nickname.
