Cant progress with newbie tasks

So, I've completed act 2, and collected a dailycrystal(twice) and the task didn't count.

    Aren’t you supposed to complete that task on the screen. If you tap the info button, don’t you have 3 more tasks in there?

    Probably a bug since you're getting Contender Daily Crystals instead of 'regular' ones which might not be accounted for in this objective. Try going to Kabam Support from game settings and filing a ticket to get them onto this issue

    Yes I do. This task and three more. And this one doesn't complete.
    But yeah, the second comment sounds like true.
