6* R4 Rank up Doom or Kitty for Act 8.1?

6* R4 Rank up for Act 8.1 Doom or Kitty?

I'll get the necessary T6Bs and T3As to rank up my 2nd 6* R4 after I explore EQ. I already have one 6* R4 and it's Herc (duped sig 200). I'm in a bit of a dilemma as to who should be my second R4.

Main options are:
6* R3 unduped Doom,
6* R3 duped Kitty sig 20,

Other options are:
6* R3 duped AA sig 20,
6* R3 duped Ghost sig 20,
6* R3 unduped HT,
6* R3 unduped Knull,
6* R3 unduped Diablo,
6* R3 duped Guardian sig 100

I play a lot with Herc, Doom, Kitty and also AA. I usually save HT for some boss fights and don't really play Ghost so much now. I don't have Tigra at 5* or 6* rarity for Kitty's synergy. I run full suicides all the time now as I mostly grind in the Arenas for the units (F2P).

Current goals: Upcoming Act 8.1 completion, Become Paragon, Carina's Challenge V2 (none completed so far).

I'll eventually R4 both Doom and Kitty for Paragon, though just looking for some advice for the upcoming Act 8.1 .
