Angela Sig Issue in AW

Doesn’t Angela’s Sig counter coldsnap? I fought Vision Arkus on node 21 in AW today and was constantly taking coldsnap damage. It didn’t matter how many buffs my sig 200 Angela had up. Is her sig bugged or incorrectly acting with new war tactic?

    But with that many buffs at sig 200, they shouldn’t stick around like that correct?

    I believe her sig lowers the duration, and THEN the extra seconds from deep wounds apply. Someone can correct me on that
