Heavy attack locking up

Apologies if this has already been reported, but I am encountering this in greater frequency. Sometimes (act 6 mainly) charging a heavy results in the heavy freezing in the charge pose, and then I am locked out of doing heavies until i reset the fight. Other players have reported this on reddit. Andriod phone.
