Is kabam doing something with heavy charge bug?

This seems not to be listed in the known issues, despite several players are affected by it and I've personally opened a ticket and wrote in the bug section.
The game is simply unplayable and not enjoyable at all, pgs randomly charge heavy in almost all my matches. This is not even fair to lose matches in battleground and die in war just because of it.
Is kabam looking into it or just pretending it doean't exist?

So defenders have to time their heavies?

I don't randomly charge heavies or notice the defender doing so, so not sure what you mean. I have an issue that when I try to charge a heavy after I have parried the opponent, my guy just stands there and does nothing until I do another input.

I get this a lot I reported it twice and it charges when I'm not even doing a heavy usually mid combo. Not only this but my sp1 and it's always only sp1 throws randomly at times not every match but like 2 in 10 same with the random heavy and it holds longer than a heavy even allows u to. So annoying I checked device for deadspots and it's not on my side.

I'm not talkimg about defenders. My pgs randomly start to charge heavy and keep it until the defenders hit me, rinse and repeat. This starts to be very often in BG but also in other contents.

Also this. It seems thar my pgs charge heavy attack when I want to dex or stand still, and stand still when I want to charge heavy or parry
