Who would be the most beneficial rank up for cav?

I'm struggling on cavalier mainly because of techs. Like sentinel/Ultron. Who would be the best to rank up?

    If you are talking about getting cavalier and completing 6.1, exclude 4*s from screenshots.
    You didn't send your top champs, so someone couldnt provide helpful tip.
