EOP Rewards Choice Advice

Hey! Now that Eop 3 is coming to an end I need advice on how to proceed next.
I currently am Thronebreaker but that could change after this EOP.
First of all I 100% 8.1 and I got a r4 mutant gem, and I have good options like Apoc (unduped) Toad (pretty fun) or Stryfe (not high sig though) and some other on r2 like Archangel. The problem is that the only champ I’d actually think would be worth for me r4 is Kitty Pride but I’m yet to pull her.
On the other hand I got a tech awakening gem, which is the least I wanted bc I now have 2 and no champ worth using it. For the last nexus class crystals I’ve been choosing tech but no luck yet on getting ghost or omega sentinel.
So first question would be, what should I keep chasing, mutant or tech?
As I said after this EOP i eould be able to take other r4, which I thought for sure i wanted to be spidey2099 but now I’m debating if I should rank up Doom instead. They are sig 100 and 90 respectively, and I’d be able to max sig them.
I’m not looking into completing nothing in particular within the game, there’s still a lot i have not completed yet, the ultimate decision here is to see if i should get paragon now and use the mutant resources or to keep waiting and invest on tech instead or rather invest on mutant and hope to get kitty (who I don’t know if need to be duped, also note that I wouldn’t be able to do that for now)
