BG alliance rewards-missing t5c selectors [update Oct 20]

Hi there.
Our alliance finished 45th, So rewards Are also 2x t5c selectors. I got t3a And t6b shards claimed, but after claiming i havent got t5c selectors. Nothing opened immediatelly And nothing in Crystals to open too.
Could you please check IT?

    I haven't got ant rewards from the solo or ally BG event yet. Does anyone else have this problem, there seem to be alot of people in global who haven't either, though when I check i can see my rank I haven'y got my rewards (15k 6* shards etc).

    It showed the selector for me, but didnt let me select anything. Just nothing happened with it

    It disappears when you claim it without giving you a choice of t5cc.. My alliance finished 62nd and everything except that registered in my account. Others in my ally had the same issue.

    My alliance got 1-10% bracket in BG Alliance Event
    Rewards included a full T5CC Selector, but after claiming the rewards the selector didn't show up like it usually does
    And no random T5CC has been added to the inventory either
    The selector just vanished as if Sector 9 Zone 25 Doom slapped it out of existence

    Happened with everyone in my alliance, & perhaps also with other alliances in the same bracket

    I got my battle ground alliance rewards but selector is missing is anyone having the same issue?

    Yes - same issue. I didn't get the selector and I am pretty sure I didn't get any of the other rewards either...
