Why isnt Galan an XL champ?

Was gonna test him in Variant 2 but apparently hes a Large champ and not XL. The guy looks massive and is basically galactus, not trying to argue but was just wondering if theres an explanation behind why he isnt XL.

0 - Small
1 - Medium
2 - Large
3 - Extra large

I thought that it was crazy that Proxima is considered small, she's like the same size as She-Hulk and Titania which is large.

Well thats an interesting rabbit hole, i just got galan and saw his size so thats i was just wondering why his size is the way it is.
